# Clinic WA

> Fewer chase calls. Fewer no-shows. WhatsApp confirm, remind, and reschedule for Hong Kong specialist clinics, aesthetics, physio, and other booking-led businesses.

Bookings live in Clinic WA. WhatsApp only carries the messages. Confirmations, day-before reminders, and reschedules update Clinic WA’s own calendar, and that calendar is the only writable source of truth. Staff can subscribe with one-way iCal (like a public-holiday calendar) to view appointments in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. New bookings and edits stay in Clinic WA. Clinical records and the practice system stay untouched, and Clinic WA does not integrate with them. The clinic keeps its own WhatsApp Business account, connected with Meta’s official Embedded Signup. For now, the front desk creates bookings in Clinic WA. Patient-initiated booking on WhatsApp is off unless agreed.

The public site is Cantonese (Traditional Chinese, Hong Kong) first, with an English page.

## What it does

- Confirms a booking, reminds the day before, and lets patients reschedule on WhatsApp
- Replies update the calendar inside Clinic WA only
- One-way iCal publish/subscribe so staff can view appointments in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook
- Clinic-owned WhatsApp Business account via Meta Embedded Signup
- Patients reply in the WhatsApp they already have
- If a clinic stops, the WhatsApp account and number stay with the clinic. How booking data is handed back is agreed before they start.

## What this site does not claim

- No bidirectional calendar sync
- No write-back to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or a clinic PMS
- Does not replace Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook as a writable diary
- No integration with clinical records or the practice system
- No public pricing, and no percentages or no-show statistics
- Not a general-purpose AI customer-service agent, and it does not connect through WhatsApp Web
- Not a medical-record system
- Patient-initiated new booking on WhatsApp is off by default
